Welcome
Temple Am Echad is an open and affirming Reform congregation welcoming families, singles, persons with disabilities, Jews of all races, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender expressions, as well as Jews-by-choice and interfaith families. You belong here, and your presence enriches our Temple community.
Led by Rabbi Caroline Sim and Cantorial Soloist Elana Bell, our services blend a unique spiritual energy of song and celebration. As it has for decades, our long-standing Religious School continues to nurture future generations with care.
At Temple Am Echad, you will find a space for spirituality, multi-generational learning, social action, and helping others in need. Please check out more about becoming a member. We offer something for everyone!
We are conveniently located at One Saperstein Plaza, named for Rabbi Emeritus Harold I. Saperstein, z”l, behind the Lynbrook Long Island Railroad Station. If you are a Reform Jew located in southwestern Nassau County or southeastern Queens looking for a home, we are here for you.
