Please complete the form below by Monday, April 21 to register to march with Temple Am Echad at the annual Israel Day on Fifth in NYC. We will update you with the various times as soon as they are available.

Kindly indicate if you will be riding on our bus or if you will be meeting us at the parade.

All participants are required to wear a parade t-shirt. Kindly indicate your size below.

To help offset the costs of transportation and shirts, there is a modest $20 fee per person.
